VESPER


Ingredients:










Method:

  1. Pre-chill your martini glass with ice cubes so your glass is cold.

  2. Scrub the lemon clean, peel a strip of yellow zest and twist in opposite directions into a roll or roll up into a rose.

  3. Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the Massy Gin, Massy Wodka and Lillet Blanc. Stir for 30-40 sec with a bar spoon until well chilled.

  4. Remove the ice from the martini glass. Pour the Vesper through a strainer into the glass and garnish with the lemon peel.

  5. Enjoy!
